Lesson Details

Adults 1-2-1 Lessons: £50 per 30-minute session.( Term - time only)
Adults 1-2-1 Lessons: £90 per 60-minute session. (Term - time only) 

Ladies Only Group Lessons: £30 per 60 minute session. (Term - time only)

Absolutely. Many adults feel this way, and our teachers are calm, patient and highly experienced in confidence-building.

Just swimwear, a towel, goggles and a swim cap if you have them. We can advise you on gear if needed.

Everyone is different, but with 1-2-1 attention, most adults see progress from their very first lesson.
