Pre School Dolphins

Our swimming lessons start from the age of 3 years old, we’ve designed our “Pre School Dolphins” class for children ages 3-5 who have minimal swimming experience and need a bit of extra support and comfort when first starting out.

Little Dolphins 1

This class is designed for children who have small amounts of previous swimming experience but still need to build confidence in the water and learn basic skills (blowing bubbles, kicking, floating)

Little Dolphins 2

This class is our first graduate beginners group for children who are confident in the water, able to swim with a noodle or float on their front and back and put their faces into the water.

Little Dolphins 3

Our final beginners group focuses on small distances of independent swimming on front and back, submersion under the water, independent floating and jumping into the water unaided.

Important Information:

All male and female pupils, must wear swimming hats in the water. Failure to comply with this will result in an immediate withdrawal of the hire facility. To ensure this situation does not occur a member of my staff will have hats available to borrow for the first week or purchase at every session.

Please make your child aware of this prior to the lessons (a little practice session in the bath will help those reluctant to wear swimming hats). There can be no exceptions as the High School will be making spot checks through out the term.

We thank you all in advanced for you co-operation and apologies for any inconvenience.
